Exclusive: Onelife Fitness opening large new gym in Loudoun

Breaking Current News Report about a major new tenant coming to a Loudoun County shopping center.

There has been a lot of speculation about what new tenants might take the big vacant spaces in the Ashbrook Commons plaza in Ashburn. Now, we have our answer.

Onelife Fitness is going to take over two huge spaces in the center located at Route 7 and Ashburn Village Boulevard.

The gym brand will take over the units that were previously home to a HomeGoods store and an AC Moore arts and crafts store. All total, it’s more than 47,000 s.f.

The plans call for a large open-area equipment space, group fitness rooms for classes, a large indoor swimming pool, and men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and saunas.

Locally, there are already two Onelife locations in Loudoun County – one in Sterling, the other in Brambleton in Ashburn. The brand – which is based in McLean – also has locations around Northern Virginia and in six other states and D.C.

No word on a target date for when Onelife in Ashburn might open, but you know The Burn will keep you posted.
