11 dead, dozens more injured after driver slams into crowd, police say
Interim Vancouver Police Chief Steve Rai said 11 people are now confirmed dead after the driver of a black SUV slammed into a crowd Saturday evening at a street festival in Vancouver. ‘The number of dead could rise in the coming days or weeks,’ Rai said.
