Albanese sticking to his 'agenda’: Cabinet rearrangement causes changes for Tanya Plibersek
Former defence minister Joel Fitzgibbon discusses Tanya Plibersek being moved to the Minister of Social Services following Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s cabinet reconfiguration.
“I think that if you have won 94 seats … you’re entitled to claim that your policy settings and promises are well on track,” Mr Fitzgibbon told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“It’s not surprising that Anthony Albanese is sticking to his agenda.
“It’s not surprising that largely he’s keeping people in the jobs that delivered an election victory.
“Most of the changes have been forced with the departure of others.”
