Albanese to travel to Indonesia in first overseas trip since re-election
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will travel to Indonesia on Wednesday, in his first overseas trip since his re-election.
Mr Albanese will meet President Prabowo Subianto, who congratulated him on Labor’s landslide victory.
The pair are expected to discuss Indonesia’s growing relationship with Russia and China after reports Moscow asked Jakarta for permission to build an aircraft base in its territory.
