वक्फ कानून के विरोध में पूरे पश्चिम बंगाल में हिंसा चरम पर है। आगजनी और तोड़तोड़ की खबरों के बीच तीन लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। वहीं कई लोगों के घायल होने की भी खबर है। मुर्शिदाबाद के बाद सोमवार को दक्षिण 24 परगना जिले में भी हालात बेकाबू हो गए। कथित तौर पर हिंसा तब शुरू हुई जब पुलिस इंडियन सेकुलर फ्रंट के कार्यकर्ताओं को कोलकाता के रामलीला मैदान में जाने से रोक रही थी। यहां वक्फ कानून के विरोध में बड़ी रैली का आयोजन किया गया था। राज्य में हो रहे इस बवाल के बीच खबरें आई हैं कि इस सांप्रदायिक हिंसा को भड़काने के पीछे बांग्लादेश से जुड़े एक आतंकी संगठन का हाथ हो सकता है।
Violence is at its peak in West Bengal in protest against the Waqf law. Three people have died amid reports of arson and vandalism. There are also reports of many people being injured. After Murshidabad, the situation also went out of control in South 24 Parganas district on Monday. The violence allegedly started when the police were stopping the workers of the Indian Secular Front from going to Kolkata’s Ramlila Maidan. A big rally was organized here against the Waqf law. Amidst this uproar in the state, there are reports that a terrorist organization linked to Bangladesh may be behind instigating this communal violence.
