ANCWL Lungi Mnganga-Gcabashe has died: League SG Nokuthula Nqaba pays tribute
ANC Women’s League Deputy President and stalwart Lungi Mnganga-Gcabashe has died.
The 64-year-old was also a member of the National Executive Committee.
She served as Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Public Enterprises, and most recently as Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Tourism.
Born in KwaZulu-Natal, she was a member of the United Democratic Front and the Natal Organisation of Women during apartheid.
Her political home, the ANC, has sent condolences to her family, comrades and friends.
