Anniversary of victory in Great Patriotic War
Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived in Moscow ahead of the celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Beijing and Moscow have vowed to strengthen bilateral ties. The two leaders have also met where they discussed development of the comprehensive strategic partnership as well as current matters on the international and regional agenda. Xi is also Putin’s guest of honour for Friday’s Victory Day military parade.
