Architect Antoni Gaudi on path to sainthood
Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi is one step closer to becoming a saint.
The Vatican has recognised ‘God’s architect’ for his heroic virtues and put him on the path to sainthood after a three-decade campaign.
Mr Gaudi designed some of Barcelona’s most recognised sites, including the Sagrada Familia.
