Are Pakistan and India nearing an all-out-war?
Tensions between India and Pakistan have ramped up after 26 people, mostly Indian tourists, were shot dead by gunmen in a disputed area of Kashmir in the Indian-controlled part of the region.
India described the massacre as a “terror attack” and said it had “cross-border” links, blaming Pakistan for backing it.
High commissioner of Pakistan to the UK, Dr Mohammad Faisal, says India “don’t want an investigation” and that they have “no proof” of his country’s involvement.
