Art Prize Awards | Exploring the emotion in documenting history
The BNAP Foundation, in collaboration with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), hosted the 2025 Blessing Ngobeni Art Prize Awards.
This event celebrated eleven outstanding emerging artists whose talents and visions have made a significant impact on the contemporary art scene.
The awarded works were showcased in a compelling group exhibition titled “The Cartography of Dreams,” expertly curated by Palesa Suthane.
The exhibition introduces “dream cartography” as a metaphorical approach to mapping personal memories and subconscious experiences.
