As aid enters Gaza, the UN warns that thousands of babies could die of starvation | ITV News
Sir Keir Starmer has renewed calls on Israel to cease its latest offensive into Gaza following a further night of airstrikes that killed 60 more people.
In a joint statement with the leaders of France and Canada, the PM condemned Israel’s “egregious” actions while calling on Hamas to immediately release all hostages.
The warning comes as the first few trucks of aid entered Gaza, after a nearly 3-month long blockade.
The UN says it is as a “drop in the ocean” of what is needed and thousands of lives are risk.
