Asbestos roof removal case postponed due to state witness ill health
Asbestos roof removal case has been postponed at the Free State High court due to a state witness falling sick.
Judge Phillip Loubser was expected to hand down his ruling on whether other defense lawyers can cross examine the state witness, in the trial-within-a-trial related to the case.
