Asbestos trial | Legal analyst Mpumelelo Zikalala weighs in on the trial delays
Yesterday, former Free State premier Ace Magashule pleaded not guilty to all charges levelled against him in the R255-million-rand Asbestos roof removal case being held at the Bloemfontein High Court, after years of delays.
Magashule who is the 13th accused maintains that charges against him are trumped up and politically motivated.
