Authorities work to restore power to thousands after floods | ABC NEWS
Brendon Neyland, the Head of Operations at Essential Energy, says his team is working to restore power to approximately 4000 customers.
Most customers impacted are in Taree, Wingham, Tinonee, Burrell Creek, Hillville, and the surrounding area.
Helicopters and drones will be used where conditions permit the assessment of damage to the network in inaccessible areas.
