BBC pushing ‘disturbing' narrative in dating series
Women’s Forum Australia’s Stephanie Bastiaan discusses the BBC’s dating series ‘I Kissed a Boy’.
The show has come under scrutiny after putting a biological woman who identifies as a man on a gay dating show.
“I think it’s disturbing that the BBC are playing into this narrative,” Ms Bastiaan told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“I think it’s quite dangerous, and it sends a very bad message to young people.
“They shouldn’t have this extra layer of guilt.”
