Bolstering conflict resolution in South Africa
Deputy Judge President of the Gauteng High Court, Roland Sutherland has recommended three solutions that could assist in the shortage of resources and staff in the courts. He says the absence of additional judgeship is a problem for the system, especially in dispute resolution. Judge Sutherland was speaking at the Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr and Ciarb Dispute Resolution Marketplace discussion this week titled the shifting dynamics of dispute resolution.
