Canada’s military recruitment tool faces rollout problems
Canada’s military has launched a new online tool to modernize the application process and address the personnel crisis.
But technical glitches have discouraged some applicants, at a time when ranks are short more than 14,000 troops — and when Canada’s sovereignty is being threatened by U.S. President Donald Trump.
