‘Capitalism in reverse’: Albanese’s super tax ‘began with Joe Biden’
Sky News host Rowan Dean says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s proposed unrealised gains tax “began with Joe Biden” and is “capitalism in reverse”.
“The unrealised super tax – this is the idea that the Tax Office will decide what the earnings in your super if you have a self-managed superfund, for example,” Mr Dean said.
“Now, this idea – it began with Joe Biden – to my mind it’s capitalism in reverse.”
