Central Energy Fund transfers assets to SANPC
The Central Energy Fund has handed over the leased assets and funds to operationalise South African National Petroleum Company.
The SANPC is a newly established State-Owned Company that merged three of the fund’s subsidiaries.
The company was officially launched last month.
