China has warned the Philippines to cease its intrusions into China’s territorial waters near Huangyan Dao in the South China Sea. The Philippines, in early May, claimed that Chinese warships conducted “high-risk maneuvers” in the relevant waters. In response, Jiang Bin, spokesperson for China’s Defense Ministry, said on Thursday that the actions taken by the Chinese side are legitimate, professional and restrained.
