Peter Dutton has shifted his focus to crime, offering a package of measures the Coalition says will make communities and the country safer.
It comes at a crucial time in the campaign, with the first Australians to begin lodging their ballots, at early voting centres, from tomorrow.
Despite being ahead in the polls, the Prime Minister has declared this election is up for grabs.
