Cold front expected this week: Prof Patrick Bond weighs in
Disaster Risk Management officials in the Western Cape are on alert ahead of a series of cold fronts expected in the province this week.
The Cape Town Weather office has issued a level two weather warning and says scattered to widespread rainfall, as well as high waves, are expected across large parts of the province.
Prof Patrick Bond from the Department of Sociology at the University of Johannesburg weighs in.
