Conservatives want to see 'substantial change' following Supreme Court ruling on gender
Shadow paymaster general Richard Holden says he wants to see “substantial” change following the Supreme Court’s ruling which has defined a woman under the Equality Act as a biological woman.
Holden adds that he wants to see the Equality and Human Rights Commission change its definition of a woman “swiftly”.
“I hope quite a substantial amount will change”, he tells Sky’s Anna Jones.
