Democratic congressman's Trump impeachment push is ‘theater’
Centre of the American Experiment President John Hinderaker weighed in on Democratic Congressman Shri Thanedar’s failed attempt this week to push forward a vote to impeach US President Donald Trump.
“Apparently, this guy Thanedar, a very little-known congressman, is facing a tough primary election and I take it that he was trying to burnish his reputation as an anti-Trump crusader by bringing on this impeachment, these impeachment articles for a vote. Of course, it would fail,” Mr Hinderaker told Sky News Senior Reporter Caroline Marcus.
“The whole thing is theatre.”
