किसी देश को आतंकवादी राष्ट्र घोषित करने के लिए…चार मुख्य बिंदुओं से जुड़े साक्ष्य दिखाए जाते हैं…ये चार बिंदु हैं…आतंकी संगठनों की फंडिंग करना…आतंकवादियों को ट्रेनिंग देना…आतंकवादियों या आतंकी कमांडरों को पनाह देना और आतंकवादियों को गुप्त जानकारी देना…अगर पाकिस्तानी फौज के लिहाज से देखा जाए…तो पाकिस्तानी फौज और ISI की शह पर लश्कर-ए-तैयबा और जमात-उत-दावा जैसे गुट चलते हैं…जो ज़कात की आड़ में लश्कर-ए-तैएबा के लिए फंडिंग करते हैं…पाकिस्तान के बहावलपुर से लेकर PoK तक आतंकियों की ट्रेनिंग के कैंप्स मौजूद हैं….तीसरा बिंदु तो जगजाहिर है…पाकिस्तान ने हाफिज सईद, सैयद सलाउद्दीन और मौलाना मसूद अजहर जैसे आतंकियों को पनाह दे रखी है…और 26/11 के डोजियर से लेकर पुलवामा हमले तक…भारत ने हर बार साबित किया है कि आतंकियों को टारगेट की जानकारी पाकिस्तानी फौज से ही मिली थी..यानी आतंकियों को इंटेलिजेंस भी पाकिस्तानी फौज से ही मिलता है.

Terrorist training camps exist from Bahawalpur in Pakistan to PoK. The third point is well known. Pakistan has sheltered terrorists like Hafiz Saeed, Syed Salauddin and Maulana Masood Azhar. And from the 26/11 dossier to the Pulwama attack, India has proved every time that the terrorists got information about the target from the Pakistani army. That is, the terrorists also get intelligence from the Pakistani army.
