Doctor Who's Ncuti Gatwa drops out of Eurovison 2025 over 'unforeseen circumstances' | ITV News
The UK has been left scrambling for a new spokesperson after Sex Education star Ncuti Gatwa announced he’s stepped back from the role. He was set to announce the UK’s points distribution at tomorrow night’s live show.
It’s the latest issue to hit Eurovision 2025, which has already suffered a cyber attack, and more protests over Israel’s continued presence in the competition. This year, Eurovision has banned contestants from a flag other than their country of origin’s, prompting rebukes from LGBTQ+ groups, and even the EU.
In the middle of all of this, the UK’s entry Remember Monday is preparing for their centre stage moment. ITV News’ Arts Editor Nina Nannar sat down with them to find out how they’re feeling.
