Donald Trump steps up for South African farmers as they face a 'deadly plight'
Sky News host Rowan Dean discusses US President Donald Trump taking in the white refugee farmers of South Africa.
“Here they were arriving in America, their new home, this week the only land to take them in – these are the persecuted white farmers, the Boers, of South Africa,” Mr Dean said.
“This same group of people, who back in their ancestral homeland are responsible for producing most of South Africa’s corn, wheat, cotton, citrus, their potatoes, and other crucial farming produce.
“I have mentioned the deadly plight of white South African farmers before on this show. Several times. Nobody else, other than Donald Trump gives a damn.”
