Dr Alistair Ruiters appointed as special advisor for investment promotion
President Cyril Ramaphosa has appointed Dr Alistair Ruiters as the new Special Advisor for Investment Promotion.
The former Director-General of the Department of Trade and Industry will advise Ramaphosa on South Africa’s ongoing investment drive.
The Presidency has indicated that the latest appointment will serve to assist government to implement a broad range of economic reforms aimed at making the country more attractive to both domestic and international investors.
