COGTA Minister, Velenkosini Hlabisa, has officially launched the seminal review of the White Paper on Local Government in Kempton Park in Ekurhuleni. The review is part of interventions aimed at helping municipalities improve on their current persistent challenges regarding funding, governance and administration resulting in their failure to effectively deliver on their service delivery mandate.
