Election result showed a ‘strong endorsement’ for Labor’s approach to the environment
Environment and Water Minister Murray Watt claims the election result showed a “strong endorsement” from the Australian public for Labor’s approach to protecting the environment.
“I think what we did see at the election was a strong endorsement from the Australian people for Labor’s approach, which is to protect the environment and protect jobs,” he told Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell.
“That’s the way I’m going to be approaching this job.”
