'Every quality used for evil': Victim speaks out on Richard Burrows' abuse
Some of Richard Burrows’ victims died before he could be brought to justice, but others were in court to confront their abuser.
One survivor, James Harvey, waived his right to anonymity and told the court Burrows had many qualities that could have been used for good, but instead used “every single one for evil.”
