Ex-FBI boss investigated by US Secret Service over post indicating Trump ‘death wish’
Former FBI director James Comey has been interviewed by US Secret Service agents as they investigate a photo he posted to social media.
In Mr Comey’s beach photo, shells on the sand spelled “86 47”, which, according to reports, means to remove US President Donald Trump from office.
Sky News host Rita Panahi claims the formation in his photo is “very rightly” perceived as “if not a death threat, then a death wish”.
“This wasn’t particularly obscure; everyone as soon as they saw it who understands 86 knew what that meant,” she said.
