Fight against corruption | Adv. Pretorius SC poised to join NPA
Amid the NPA’s confirmation of the process under way of a Section 38 appointment of Advocate Paul Pretorius to the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption.
The prosecuting authority does not believe that Pretorius will be conflicted.
Advocate Pretorius previously served as the Head of the legal team in the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture.
