Gauteng Legislature to subpoena Emfuleni Local Municipality
The Standing Committee on Petitions in the Gauteng Legislature will subpoena the Emfuleni Local Municipality to come and account as to why it failed to respond to service delivery related petitions submitted to it. Out of 8 petitions submitted by residents, only one received a formal response.
