The Liberals inched another seat closer to a majority government on Saturday, after a judicial recount left their candidate as the winner in the Quebec riding of Terrebonne, by a margin of just one vote. With three other federal ridings still awaiting recounts, the dynamics in Parliament remain uncertain. Touria Izri reports.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed direct peace talks with Ukraine on May 15 in Istanbul, aiming to address the root causes of the ongoing conflict.
