At least 13 people in Ukraine have been killed in a major attack by Russia. It was one of the biggest co-ordinated strikes on the capital of Kyiv since the start of the conflict. The barrage threatened the second day of a major prisoner exchange between Ukraine and Russia. Candice Cole reports.
