‘Good news’: Wages grow in March quarter as Treasurer Chalmers ‘boasts’
Sky News host Andrew Bolt discusses the “good news” for the Australian economy as wages continue to grow.
“Good news on the economy today, wages grew 0.9 per cent in the March quarter and over the year that is wage growth, that has gone up to 3.4 per cent, well ahead of inflation,” Mr Bolt said.
Mr Bolt claimed Treasurer Jim Chalmers was “boasting” over the numbers today.
