“Harrowing” Manitoba wildfires destroy buildings, vehicles on Peguis First Nation
A state of emergency has been declared in Manitoba’s Interlake region, where wildfires have destroyed buildings and vehicles.
The fires have forced Peguis First Nation to evacuate 4,000 people on a moment’s notice.
