'Hoity-toity’ Bernie Sanders called out for jetting across America while slamming the rich
Sky News host James Morrow has weighed in on Senator Bernie Sanders’ recent defence of using private jets while crisscrossing the US on his “Fighting Oligarchy” tour.
During his recent interview with Fox News, Mr Sanders defended his use of transport, claiming, ‘that its the only way to get around’.
“Remember Bernie Sanders? You know the guy, Mr. Oligarchy, who’s worried about rich people taking over the country,” Mr Morrow said.
“Well, it turns out Bernie’s a bit hoity-toity himself, racking up the hours on the old private jets.”
