Pahalgam Terror Attack: पहलगाम हमले के बाद भारत सरकार ने मर्चेंट शिपिंग अधिनियम, 1958 की धारा 411 के तहत एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाते हुए पाकिस्तानी के सभी जहाजों के भारतीय बंदरगाहों में प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है. इसके अतिरिक्त भारतीय जहाजों को भी पाकिस्तान के किसी बंदरगाह पर जाने से रोक दिया गया है. यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू किया गया है और इसका उद्देश्य भारतीय समुद्री परिसंपत्तियों, कार्गो और बंदरगाह अवसंरचना की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना है.
Pahalgam Terror Attack: After the Pahalgam attack, the Indian government has taken an important step under Section 411 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 and banned all Pakistani ships from entering Indian ports. Apart from this, Indian ships have also been banned from going to any port in Pakistan. This order has been implemented with immediate effect and its purpose is to ensure the safety of Indian maritime assets, cargo and port infrastructure.
