    जम्मू-कश्मीर के कुपवाड़ा जिले में रविवार को संदिग्ध आतंकवादियों ने 45 वर्षीय सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी। कार्यकर्ता की पहचान गुलाम रसूल मगरे के रूप में हुई है। शनिवार देर रात कंडी खास इलाके में उनके आवास के अंदर उन पर हमला किया गया। उन्हें इलाज के लिए नजदीकी अस्पताल ले जाया गया, लेकिन वहां पहुंचने पर उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि हमले के पीछे का मकसद अभी भी स्पष्ट नहीं है।

    A 45-year-old social activist was shot dead by suspected terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Sunday. The activist, identified as Ghulam Rasool Magray, was attacked late Saturday night inside his residence in Kandi Khas area.
    He was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment, but was declared dead on arrival. Officials said the motive behind the attack is still unclear.
