Iran port explosion: Death toll rises to 40, about 1,000 injured in massive blast
The death toll has risen in Iran following a massive explosion in a southern port city.
It happened while Iran and the United States were engaged in Nuclear negotiations in Oman.
While the two incidents have not been linked, as Candice Cole reports, Iranian authorities have raised concerns.
