Now, exclusive ITV News filming shows multiple attempts at small boat crossings from Dunkirk. People smuggling is now an industry. And on the ground, no one seems able to stop it. The scale of the Government’s struggle seems to grow by the day.
ITV News Correspondent, Peter Smith, spoke to some of those attempting to cross, including one man who had tried to cross 14 times.
