Judicial Conduct Tribunal | Mbenenge faces sexual harassment allegations: Canny Maphanga reports
The Judicial Conduct Tribunal tasked with investigating sexual harassment allegations against Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge will resume in Johannesburg today.
The tribunal will sit for the next ten days. It emanates from Mbenenge’s Secretary Andiswa Mengo’s complaint that she filed in January 2023.
She alleges that Mbenenge sexually harassed her between June 2021 and November 2022.
