Juror discharged in Erin Patterson's mushroom murder trial | ABC News
One of 15 jurors has been dismissed from the Erin Patterson triple-murder case. Justice Christopher Beale dismissed the male juror on Thursday after reports emerged he had discussed the case with family and friends.
Also, during day 12 of the trial, a child protection officer gave evidence that Erin Patterson’s idea of a beef wellington lunch came from a recipe in a cookbook by RecipeTinEats creator Nagi Maehashi. Katrina Cripps told the court Erin Patterson had told her she had wanted to make “something new and special”.
