Kanoa Lloyd calls out the racist, misogynistic abuse she got, just for being on TV | Stuff.co.nz
Kanoa Lloyd has revealed she felt “properly scared” by the cyber-bullying she received as a television presenter.
The former Project host says she was subjected to racist and misogynistic comments, often from people watching just to take her down.
“There were definitely times when I felt properly scared. When people started to say things like, ‘I know where you work, I know where you live’, whether that was true or not, it felt real to me, and it felt really scary, and that was just because of the job that I was doing.” | Subscribe: https://bit.ly/2JPg8oB
