Labor MP Tom French gets a ‘second crack at Moore’ after win
Incoming Labor MP for Moore Tom French has had a big swing his way after defeating the Liberal candidate while crediting his victory to people wanting a “change”.
Mr French claims his win is due to “a lot of hard work”.
“It’s been 38 years since Labor last won Moore, it’s feeling pretty good, it was perhaps time for change,” he told Sky News Australia.
The incoming Labor MP for Moore plans to “get on top” of the cost-of-living and housing crisis Australians are facing.
