Liberals not showcasing their values is where they 'fell short’
Liberal Senator Dave Sharma has claimed sharing the Liberal Party’s values is a “compelling proposition” to the Australian public.
“We stand for people’s fundamental freedoms, we stand for aspiration, we stand for, you know, political liberty, we stand for smaller government,” Mr Sharma said.
“Translating that into policies and convincing the public that this is in their best interest and we’re the party that best represents those values, that’s partly where we’ve fallen short.”
