Live: Chinese merganser chicks hatch in northeast China – Ep. 3
The Chinese merganser ducks are a rare bird species unique to China. It is a first-class protected wild animal in China. Changbai Mountain in northeast China’s Jilin Province is an important breeding ground for these birds. Every year, during April and May, they enter their breeding season.
