LIVE: McDonald's fire in Auckland being treated as suspicious arson
A fire that engulfed an Auckland McDonald’s on Monday afternoon is being treated as suspicious.
Fire and Emergency told Stuff they received multiple calls at 2.59pm about a building on fire. They arrived to find the McDonald on Pakuranga Rd ablaze.
One woman who drove past the fire told Stuff the front entrance of the building was black and you couldn’t see inside.
